What’s Included

  • When you choose to work with me, you’re not just signing up for sessions—you’re guided by your Binge to Balance Roadmap, completely customised to your needs.

We will start with an initial 60-minute consultation where we deep dive into your medical, weight and dieting history. Reviewing what has worked for you in the past but most importantly, what hasn't worked.

This will help me gain more of an understanding of your current situation and the reasons that have led you here so you can gain an understanding of why your relationship with food is so difficult at the moment.

Gaining this insider knowledge from you will guide me to develop an initial ‘roadmap’ which will outline the phases of the work we will do together.

  • Then our 45-minute review, weekly or bi-weekly sessions are where the magic happens.

We focus on specific activities we have agreed upon and discuss any challenges you may face. This personalised approach ensures that you gain the skills and strategies necessary to overcome binge eating once and for all.

I am here to support you every step of the way, providing guidance and motivation as you build a healthier relationship with food.

  • I’m here to support you beyond our sessions! Choose your preferred method of communication—whether it’s the convenience of WhatsApp or the familiarity of email. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, share your experiences, or seek encouragement whenever you need it.

    WhatsApp Support
Quick and casual! Send me your thoughts or questions, and I’ll respond within 24 hours on practice days. Perfect for those moments when you need a little extra motivation or guidance.

    Email Support
Prefer to type it out? Email works too! I’ll check in regularly and respond to your messages during practice hours, ensuring you have the support you need to stay on track.

  • This is all about gaining a deep understanding of your unique relationship with food and your body. Together, we’ll identify triggers, explore habits and examine mindset and barriers to change.

Here’s a peek at a Binge to Balance Roadmap:

  • This is where we’ll begin to rebuild trust in food and your body. We’ll focus on creating regular, nourishing eating habits and address any fears or rules around food that have held you back.

  • As we work together, we’ll begin to challenge food rules, explore behaviour experiments, and develop mindful eating skills. You’ll learn how to recognise hunger and fullness, and we’ll start to shift toward accepting and respecting your body.

    1. The final phase is about long-term strategies. We’ll continue to build on the skills you’ve developed, focusing on maintaining a healthy, non-restrictive relationship with food that supports your life, not controls it.

And That’s Not All—You Get These Too!

Meal Planning Support

Together, we’ll create meal plans that fit your lifestyle—focused on balance, flexibility, and enjoyment. No more rigid rules or restrictions—just a plan that honors your hunger, preferences, and energy needs, helping you feel nourished and satisfied.

A Note About Change…

I know how scary change can feel—especially when it involves letting go of dieting. It can feel like losing control. But I want to remind you that this is a journey of gaining freedom, not restriction. That’s why I use a phased approach, allowing time and support for each step.

Every step (no matter big or small) you take toward healing your relationship with food brings you closer to the life you’ve been craving—one where food no longer controls your life.

That’s why I ask for a commitment of at least 3 months to work together

The work I do is for the long term and to support you through this transition, I ask for a commitment of at least 3 months. This timeframe helps us build a solid foundation and navigate any initial overwhelm you might feel.

Most of my clients find that continued support beyond three months is beneficial, as it allows for deeper, long-term change. But starting with three months ensures you have the time and guidance needed to overcome the initial challenges and begin your journey toward healing.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The "Binge to Balance Roadmap" is a personalised plan designed to help you break free from binge eating and develop a healthier relationship with food. It outlines the steps we’ll take together to understand and address your unique challenges, build balanced eating habits, and achieve your long-term goals.

  • If you’re struggling with binge eating, emotional eating, or a negative relationship with food, my non-diet approach could be a great fit. I offer a personalised plan that focuses on healing and balance rather than restriction. If you’re unsure, a free consultation can help us explore if we’re the right match.

  • In our initial 60-minute consultation, we’ll dive into your history with food, dieting, and your body. We’ll identify what has and hasn’t worked for you in the past, and start crafting a personalised roadmap to guide your journey towards a healthier relationship with food.

  • Results can vary depending on individual circumstances and commitment, which is why I don't set a specific timeline for the phases.

Many clients start seeing improvements in their relationship with food within the first few weeks.

The key is consistency and working through the phases of the roadmap at your own pace to build your skills and confidence. To ensure you get the most out of our work together, I ask for a commitment of at least 3 months. This timeframe allows us to address the initial challenges effectively and make meaningful progress toward your goals.

  • It’s not uncommon to encounter challenges with non-diet approaches, especially if they didn’t address your specific needs or circumstances.

My approach is tailored to your unique experiences and struggles, focusing on understanding and addressing the root causes of your relationship with food.

By working together through a personalised roadmap, we can identify what hasn’t worked in the past and build a strategy that aligns with your goals and preferences.

If you’re open to it, a free consultation can help us explore how my approach may offer the support and results you’ve been looking for.

  • Weekly Support includes four 60-minute sessions per month with regular WhatsApp/email support. This is ideal if you need consistent, hands-on guidance.

Bi-Weekly Support includes two 60-minute sessions per month with support in between. This offers more flexibility, ideal if you have other professional support or prefer less frequent check-ins.

If you’re unsure, a free consultation can help us explore which support will best suit you.

  • Absolutely! I recommend starting with weekly sessions during the initial month. This helps us build a solid foundation for our work together, allowing us to get to know each other better and understand how we can best collaborate.

But if you find you need to adjust your support frequency, no worries! You can switch between weekly and bi-weekly options as needed. Just let me know, and we’ll tailor your plan to fit your unique needs!

  • Both support options include WhatsApp and email support for any questions or additional guidance you may need between our sessions. This is a great way to stay connected and address any concerns as they arise!

    Important Boundaries:
While I’m here to help, please remember that this is not an emergency service. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or need urgent support, it’s essential to reach out to a medical professional.

To make our communication effective, I ask that you limit messages between sessions to one concern or issue per week. This allows me to provide thorough responses. If you choose to send voice notes, please keep them under 2 minutes and focus on one topic at a time.

Lastly, let me know your preference for communication! Whether you prefer voice notes or text messages for our WhatsApp conversations, I want to ensure the experience is comfortable and tailored for you.

  • To get started, you can book a free consultation to discuss your needs and how we can work together.

If a video call feels too much initially, I recommend reaching out to me with your questions on WhatsApp. Then when you are feeling more comfortable, we can do a free consultation.

  • Feel free to reach out via email or WhatsApp with any questions you have. I’m here to provide the information you need to make an informed decision and ensure you feel comfortable with the process.

Have you ever found yourself thinking that there must be another way? Well, there is!

Eating shouldn’t be so stressful and I’m here to make it easier for you!

The sessions are very helpful even just for the fact I no longer feel on my own. I tried to make changes before starting these sessions but felt very overwhelmed and unsure if I was doing the right thing. To have a qualified professional on your side who completely understands your situation is really invaluable.
