In purchasing online consultations with Toni Rudd (The Binge Dietitian) you agree to the following (consent form to be completed on purchase):

  • The purchaser understands that Toni Rudd wishes me to engage in an online consultation.

  • The purchaser understands there are potential risks to this technology including interruptions, unauthorised access and technical issues.

  • The purchaser understands that Toni Rudd or I can discontinue the online consultations or switch to a voice call if it is felt that the video conferencing connections are not adequate for the situation.

Personal communication:

The purchaser consents to Toni Rudd or third party (calendly) to be contacted by email about appointment time confirmations, reminders and changes

The purchaser consents for Toni Rudd to send appointment recommendations and supporting documents via email after my appointment

Cancellation policy:

I understand that sometimes life happens, however a late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a gap, plus preparation time for the appointment is wasted. A cancelled appointment with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the full rate, and less than 24 hours notice at the full rate.

No-Show Policy:

If you do not turn up to your appointment on time, I will send an email 5 minutes after the scheduled appointment time to check if you are running late. If after a further 10 minutes (15 minutes total), you have not shown up to your appointment and your dietitian hasn't heard from you, the session will be ended and you will be asked to book a follow-up appointment and no refund will be offered.

Use of Personal Data:

Your details will be held by Toni Rudd in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Further information on how we use your personal information can be found in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions on our website.
